We are currently experiencing a service interruption affecting our Insurance Verification (WIV) feature. This issue is due to a downtime incident with our partner, DentalXChange.

As a result, manual insurance verifications are currently impacted. Our team is closely monitoring the situation as our partner works on a resolution. We do not have an ETA at this time but will provide updates as they become available.
