The cause of this issue has been identified and the issue should now be resolved. Customers are reporting that they can successfully access both the Forms and Weave Portals.

We are currently investigating reports from customers with issues accessing either the Weave Portal or the Forms Portal. Reports are that the URL takes the customer to a blank page.
